about Jesus
The Bible points to Jesus. Jesus is the reason for our joy.
The good news we tell is news about Jesus. It's all about Jesus, the man who is God.

Teaching @ KEC
The Bible — the inspired word of God — is the final authority on everything we believe and teach at KEC.
Lots of churches make that claim and still differ from one another in the doctrines they
teach. So what do we believe and teach at KEC?
We have adopted the Baptist Confession of 1689 as a summary of our beliefs.
It is not required that everyone who belongs to KEC should be convinced of everything in it
but the teaching you hear from our pulpit will always be consistent with it.
The 1689 Confession is a summary of the most important Christian doctrines that has stood the test of time.
You may find it useful if you want to explore what Christians believe in some detail.
It gives a brief explanation of every major doctrine
and gives Bible references so you can see where those doctrines come from.
