Coping With Life's Problems

1	Facing Hardship Even if you never have to face suffering, inevitably you will have to help and encourage someone else who does. God’s Word gives some useful pointers to help you.
2	Grief Grief is never easy but if you understand it you will be better equipped to face it.
3	The Battle With Sin If you practise doing something for long enough, it becomes part of you: it becomes a habit and habits are hard to break, especially sinful ones.
4	Worry Often Christians get into difficulties because they have not attended to the discipline of their minds. The most common problem to arise in this way is the problem of worry.
5	Depression Psalm 42 is the prayer of a man of God who is depressed. We can learn from his example about how to cope with this all too common condition.

Living Like A Christian At Home

Each can be used as a single study but ideally these studies should be used as a series to be completed over five weeks

1	Renewed Relationships When someone is born again everything changes: especially the way he relates to other people.
2	More Than Equal Marriage was God's idea so He knows best how to make it work. This study focuses on His instructions for wives (but husbands need to see this too).
3	How To Be A Real Man This study looks at God's instructions for husbands (wives should look at it too, so they can find out what real men are like).
4	If Only They Came With Instructions It's tough bringing up children but if all else fails you can always read the instructions.
5	Keep Cool, It'll Pass Some ideas to help everyone ride out the stormy years of adolescence.
